Winter dry skin
Massage the whole body with almond oil or coconut oil, ten minutes before bathing.

Winter skin care
If any day you are not massaging your body than few drops of olive oil or your favorite cologne in water & bath with it. 

Hot water bath
Bathing water should not be very hot, it should be lukewarm. Hot water removes the natural moisture of skin & makes the skin dry.

Body lotion
Apply body lotion after bathing on whole body.

 

Soft skin
Mix  glycerin, rosewater & moisturizer in one bottle. Apply it on whole body after bathing.

Face wash
To clean the face use face wash instead of soap. Clean the other parts of body with moisturized soap. It will not make the skin dry.

Exfoliator
Skin becomes lifeless during winters. Take any exfoliator & apply it on whole body. Exfoliation removes the dead skin & makes the body soft.  

Skin so soft
Mix few drops of lemon juice, glycerin & rosewater in two tea spoon clotted cream. Massage the hands everyday at night & wash hands with gram flour & curd paste instead of soap. Its regular use will make the hands clean & soft.


 

Winter skin protection
If you use massage cream & moisturizer after bathing than mix Evion capsule in it. Temperature of body is lukewarm immediately after bathing. To make the skin moisturized, cream is soaked by body immediately.

Care dry skin skin winter
Oily skin also needs moisturiser during winters because fast blowing winds makes the outer layer of skin dry, that is why use light moisturizing lotion after cleaning the face.

Dry skin in winter
For dry skin apply moisturizer in night daily. 

Clear skin
Clean the face with exfoliator before makeup to remove the dry skin & so that patches are not visible on face.

Natural anti aging cream
Mix little water in ant ageing cream & massage with light hands on face in upward direction. The cream which you are using should be rich in Vitamin A& E.

Without boiled milk should be good for cleaning the skin.

For oily skin put milk instead of curd in face pack.

Sometimes there is the problem of dandruff due to dryness in eyebrows & eyelids. For this use few drops of olive oil.

Dry skin care product
For dry skin use cleanser rich in allovera, lemon & cactus. Cold weather means indoor heating which will have an adverse affect on your skin. To combat the drying affects, switch to a heavier moisturizing cream to add much-needed hydration. Lock in moisture by doing this while your face is still wet.  

 

Body massage
Avoid baths and showers that are too hot, and cool the water before you get out. Your skin will retain more moisture this way and you won't go through the temperature shock so much when you get out. Rub in body lotion on your arms and legs and feet, particularly on your elbows and knees.

Wrinkle around eyes
Use eye cream at night to combat dryness. If you do this on a regular basis, you'll probably notice a reduction of fine lines and wrinkles. Get your beauty sleep to lower stress and put your best face forward.

Body Homemade Scrub  

If your hands, feet and elbows are dry, this homemade body scrub will get them back in shape and give soothing relief: Mix a half cup of Epsom salts, one tablespoon olive or canola oil and a few drops of lemon, lime, grapefruit, or orange juice. Apply to the dry areas of your skin, rub gently in a circular motion, then rinse off.

 
Chapped Lips  

Many women only experience chapped lips in the Fall and Winter months. Avoid licking your lips and use a moisturizing lipstick in the daytime hours and apply lip balm before you go to bed. If you're a teen, enjoy the many lip products on the market for your age group and dazzle your smile.

Dry chapped lip
To remove any unwanted dry skin off of your lips, you can exfoliate them with your toothbrush when you brush your teeth. In a pinch, add a dab of Vaseline to protect them.

Not only does your skin dry out when the weather turns cold, so does your hair. Pay special attention to your hair needs do some damage control with a deep conditioner if you notice it drying out. Cloudy weather and small days makes you irritated, it effects our sleep. We do not feel hungry, it effects our concentration and we become annoyed. Change of weather effects the intensity of light which effects the body time. Our eyes are opened at the same time in the morning but because of change in time of sunrise our body time also changes. The difference in the coordination of our lifestyle time and body time creates problem in our sleep. The weather disorder irritates the women more than the man. The carelessness to keep the body warm can also be its one of the reason. For the sound sleep, following activities should be performed:
Stay in sufficient light:
To face the deficiency of sleep during winters stay in light as much as necessary. Stay in open as much time as needed. It will help to remove the body disorder and you will have sound sleep.
Keep your body warm:
It is necessary to maintain the body heat during winters. Blood circulation is not proper if body is cold, which effects the sleep directly. Wear dry, loose and clean clothes made from natural threads of wool or cotton or synthetic. To keep your head, hands and legs warm wear cap and use hot water bottle. But don't sleep wearing sox. Exercise increases the blood circulation and keeps the body warm. But don't exercise more than necessary.
Keep the bedroom warm
Seal all the doors and windows of bedroom so that cold air does not enter inside. But manage the cross ventilation of air during the day. Room can also be kept warm by putting carpet on the floor.
Sleep on comfortable bed
Soft bed also protects from cold. Thick blanket and bed has air inside, which keeps the bed warm.
