Digestion system plays an important role in health
because
different nutrients present in food, through digestion system
changes in juice and blood and help in the formation of different
cells in blood and are helpful in nutrition.
Digestion Process
Our body is a compound of small tissues and its reformation need
essential nutrients. These nutrients are received from food and
intoxicants are released by body through digestion process.
If digestion process become improper than it effects the whole
body and physical power is also reduced.
Diseases
If this process becomes slow than many intoxicants are collected
in the body, because of which our whole body becomes the prey of
diseases. Our resistant power is reduced and health is
deteriorated.
Benefits of Fasting for Weight Loss
Fasting is good for long life and good
health. If fast is kept
once a week than the digestion system is also relaxed because of
which the capacity to digest the food is also increased after the
fast and intoxicants are released out of the body. Fast is the
ancient method to remove the diseases.
If fruits are eaten instead of solid food than it is beneficial to
the physical health.
Diet
to Lower Cholesterol Levels:
*Eat two bowls of green vegetable soup after exercise and bath in
the morning.
*At 11:00 drink fresh juice.
*Drink soup at 1:00.
*Now don't eat anything for three hours. Drink salt and water if
you feel thirsty.
*Drink grapes or leachy juice at 4:00 or drink diluted (juice +
water) juice of orange, pineapple, apple or pomegranate.
*In the evening at 7:30 drink soup or juice.
*In night at 9:00 drink soup.
How to Lower
Cholesterol:
*Instead of taking out juice from mixer, grate them with appliance
and filter the juice. This juice is more beneficial.
*Drink or eat seasonal fruits and vegetables.
*Unseasoned fruits
are costly and not beneficial.
*If you are suffering from diabetes, heart diseases or Blood
Pressure than
fasting should be done under the care of good specialist.
If very week woman is doing fast than with fresh fruits and
vegetables, she should drink glucose. Syrup of vitamin E and C can
also be taken.
*Don't drink coffee.
*Don't labor during fast. But you can do normal household work.
*Don't take physical and mental stress during fast otherwise fast
will not be beneficial.
