Products used should be mild, tested & natural.
Without perfumed products should be used, do not use scrubs.
Make a point of choosing mild, soap-free and fragrance-free cleansing products. These are designed to gently clean without removing the essential oils that keep skin soft and healthy.
If your skin is sensitive you should avoid cleansing grains, brushes and loofahs. Instead, choose specially formulated, non-irritating liquid cleansers, or even hard-milled soaps, which often work very well for cleaning sensitive skin.
Stay away from skin care products containing exfoliants. These products remove dead skin cells, but for some they may also cause irritation, redness and discomfort.

Before sleeping clean your skin. Mix yellow ochre & water. Apply this paste on face daily. Wash off after getting dry.

Facial:
Go in for the right technique not to expensive parlors. Sensitive skins should use without boiled milk for massaging skin. Massage should not be for more than 15 minutes, otherwise the skin gets pulled.

Cleansing skin care:
Moisturizer should be an essential part of your beauty kit. It is a protector against pollution. It replaces the moisture from the skin due to washing. Moisture should also be used at the front & back of your neck always. Can be applied by finger tips & also by cotton pads. Use it before sunscreen. Every time before makeup always use moisturizer but give a gap of 10-15 minutes in between.

Cleaning:
Do not use soap again & again, not even for oily skin. Cleaning should be 2-3 times a day. Don't rough treat the skin with sponges. Never rub the face with towel. Just dab it. It pulls the skin & extracts oil from the skin.

How to determine your skin type?

Not sure of your skin type? Try this simple test. About 15 minutes after washing your face and patting it dry, press lens-cleaning paper on different parts of your face. In those areas where you produce a lot of oil, the paper will stick or pick up oil. If it doesn't stick anywhere, you have dry skin. If it only sticks on your forehead, nose and chin, you have normal or combination skin. If it sticks everywhere, you have oily skin.

Skin Bleaching:

Fact about skin

The skin you see is actually dead skin cells. These cells are continually flaking off - in fact, you lose about 35,000 dead skin cells each minute. In the course of a year, you'll shed around four kilograms of skin cells. It contributes to the dust in the air, in your house, so get out the vacuum!

Can you increase your collagen levels? ...

Can skin care products actually boost your collagen levels? Collagen, which keeps our skin looking young, can be enhanced or boosted by skin care products that contain retinoids. The concentrations required generally mean that these will be prescription products.

Free radical anti oxidant

Give your skin the benefits of antioxidants. We've all read about the importance of consuming foods high in antioxidants to promote health. But skin care products containing antioxidants can also combat the "free radical cells" that are thought to be involved in various types of skin damage.
