Eye liner  1) To make eyes look attractive eye liner should be used. Before applying the liner apply a little loose powder on the upper and lower lid of eyes. This makes the eye liner look better. Use pencil eye liner for soft and more broad line.  2) Before applying eye liner give support to your elbow on clean and relaxing place.
