For
the beauty of the back, first of all take care of your
posture. Proper posture is necessary for the body. It
removes the stress and endeavors the personality. It
makes you feel confident.
Make the habit to stand straight always. Your both
shoulders should be straight. Your chin should be
parallel to the floor, chest up and stomach inside.
When you sit than keep your both knees together and
legs straight on the floor. Your back should be
parallel straight to the chair.
When you bend to pick something than don't bend your
knees but give pressure on knees and muscles of
buttocks. Sleep on such a bed that your back is
straight and not pierced inside the bed.
Take care that your back does not appear like a hump
and neither the shoulders or neck is bended towards
the front.
There should be no spots on the back
if you wear
backless or strep less dress. If there are spots or
tanning than get your back, neck, shoulders and hands
bleached once in 15 days. It will not only remove the
spots but also the small hairs of body and improve the
complexion of skin. But before getting the back
bleach, it is necessary to test whether bleaching is
appropriate for the skin. Avoid bleaching if there is
any cut or skin diseases.
Because your shoulders are opened that is why it is
necessary to remove the under arm hair. They look
awful if visible.
Before having bath, massage the whole body with
coconut or olive oil. It makes the skin soft. To
remove the dirt from the back and clean it use pumice
stone, hard towel or cloth. Rub the cloth or pumice
stone at your back with soap in circular movement. It
removes the dead cells of skin and rejuvenates the
skin. But this process should not be done every day
but once in 15 days. Use "body lotion" or
"moisturizer" before bathing. If your back
is oily than you can use astringent or mix few drops
of cologne in your bathing water and bath with
it.
Mix yellow ochre with unboiled milk. Apply this pack
on body. It will make the skin tight.
There is one advise, if you have skin diseases than
get it treated first. Than adopt the following tips.
If there is unnecessary cholesterol on your back than
try to reduce it through food and exercise.
Before going out, do make up of your back just like
your face. Apply pen cake with the help of wet sponge
on your back and other parts of body, otherwise it
will not look natural.
Take care that pen cake is applied thin and
equivalent. If there are spots on your body than
before using pan cake, apply one layer of "erase
stick" on spots and give a touch of light powder.
By doing this spots will be hidden and skin will

Stand carefully. Now take breath inside and take both
the hands above your head and hold both the hands,
body should be straight. In this situation pull the
shoulders towards the sky and legs towards the floor.
Now leave the breath and bring both the shoulders
down. Now take the breath again. This is known as
"Taan Aasan". This activity should be done
10 times everyday. It will make the back strong.
Stand straight. Take deep breath inside and bend the
body towards the back. This bow shape situation should
be considered complete when the articles at the back
are visible properly and at that time knees should be
straight. Repeat this exercise three times. It makes
the back slender and problem of pain, ach in the back
is not there.
Stand straight, take both the shoulders up and bring
them down gradually and hold the thumbs of legs. Knees
should not be bended from this. Stay in this situation
for 20-30 minutes and gradually increase it to two
minutes. By this activity pressure is inserted at the
back. So it effects the bones of the back and makes
the back slender.
Bend your knees down, and squat the feet flat on the
ground with the support of hands. Now bend the head
towards the chest, now make the rest of the body
stable, now pick the back towards up gradually. Bring
the back down gradually. Stay in this situation
approximately for 10 seconds. Both activities are two
parts of one exercise, repeat them 6-6 times. The

to clean the back
Ingredients: 6 table spoon olive oil, 6 table spoon
oat meal, 6 table spoon powder of bathing soap and one
table spoon salt
Method: Mix them and keep it in a container. Whenever
you bath, take the mixture in a sponge and rub it on
neck, back, buttocks and legs. Rub it in circular
